In designing the Wireless RMS we continued with the theme of making our EPOS more user friendly and simple to use by transferring our thoughts onto a wireless handheld PDA which reflects the order process interfaces on the main system graphically. Menu provide on the PDA is colour coded in sequence with the menu reflected on the actual Innovative RMS system. This means all orders taking via our wireless design are easily recorded on to the main system as if the order was taken directly from the counter, only faster but with easy to follow steps. Also our Wireless RMS will have all the general EPOS functionalities  included within the wireless handheld PDA system such as order-taking and managing tables which means there is no need for a waiter/waitress to visit the bar or kitchen so as to take an order. In other words your employee will have more time to concentrate on the next customer after completing the order from previous customers.

Using wireless access points situated in key locations in your restaurant, Wireless RMS (PDA) links with our Innovative RMS software to create a secure wireless environment through which orders can be taken remotely. A wireless network is also established between the PDA and the EPOS terminal so that orders taken on the handheld are both visible and accessible from the terminal itself.
